Queens College Executive Director Laurie F. Dorf, on behalf of the Queens College Foundation Board and the QC community, thanked VMM for the firm's continued financial support of LGBTQ programming at the school.
Several VMM team members are QC alumni, and the firm has been a proud longtime supporter of the school.
Among these initiatives are serving as the prime sponsor of CUNY Pridefest, held at the Queens College campus, from 2019 to date; sponsoring the first CUNY Lavender Graduation, celebrating LGBTQIA+ student graduates, in 2023; leading workshops for faculty, administration, staff, and students on LGBTQ legal rights and remedies; speaking to students about the practice and career of law; speaking to parents of incoming freshmen life preparedness for young adults; and more.
