VMM Associate Katherin Valdez-Lazo, a member of the firm's Business and Transactional Law practice group, led the Nassau County Bar Association Dean's Hour CLE on the Corporate Transparency Act.
NCBA Dean's Hours are continuing legal education (CLE) seminars for attorneys led by young attorneys who have demonstrated notable accomplishment and mastery of a topic in their area of practice. The invitation to lead a Dean's Hour CLE is considered a significant honor in an attorney’s career.
Ms. Valdez-Lazo presented the CLE on April 22, 2025, about the new federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
